Vintage Japan Oriental Lacquered Musical Jewelery Mother Of Pearl Beautiful

Up for auction is A beautiful Pre Owned Used 1960’s vintage Oriental black lacquered musical jewellery box with Mother of Pearl inlay.  The music box works as it should. I am not sure of tune that it plays. The lock looks to be damaged. The box is decorated with hand painted scenes and Mother of Pearl inlay on the outside with reddish material on the inside. The box has some wear to the lacquer edges and some paint chips. The box has 4 storage compartments and a mirror on the inside under the lid. It measures about 9" (L) x 6"(W) x 4.5" (H). It is a beautiful vintage jewelry box great to display or add to your collection. Great conversation piece. It is not perfect but the imperfections give it character.
