    Small round trinket box marked Satsuma Japan in red ink on the bottom. Floral pattern in brick red, dark green and gold gilt hand painted over the flowers. Ivory colored ceramic.
    Condition is very good. No chips or cracks but crazing appears on close inspection.  See photo.
    Measures 2.5" diameter x 1.5" tall.
