    Description

    A rare find, this antique Art Deco Japanese lacquer box is a beautiful decorative item which would make an interesting focal point on a living room coffee table, bedroom dresser, or hallway console table.
    The vintage lacquer box is in good condition showing wear consistent with its age and use. There are some spots of wear to the lacquer and the hand-painted floral design and a weakening to the paper mache base on the lid near the corner as shown.
    The box is marked "Made in Japan" inside the box top lid.
